What is ESAD?

ESAD stands for "Extra Special Australasian Demonstrators" and it is an on-line group just for Australian and New Zealand Stampin' Up! demonstrators.

We so love what we do and not only do we love to share it with our customers, friends, and wonderful blog visitors, but we share our love for what we do with each other as demonstrators. We run swaps, challenges, tutorials, product know-how, and cyberstamps, and we are always there to help and support each other when it is needed.

So if you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator located in Australia or New Zealand, then please feel free to click here to join our wonderful group.

My Ideas Book for 2013

I had so much fun making this, I used Ex Libris Stamp Set for the cover. I stamped it using Versamark onto Soft Suede Cardstock, then heat embossed it with Clear Embossing powder which gives it a lovely glossy look and makes it look like a real old book. With the spine and back cover I embossed Soft Suede cardstock with the Vintage Wallpaper Folder then I stamped versamark ink pad all over it to get plenty of cover then clear embossed it. I have attached a Antique Brad on the front and attached a hair elastic to the back to use as a closure. I put plenty of sticky strip on the elastic so it is not going anywhere! The inside pages are made of Naturals Ivory cardstock which I folded in half then attached them separately to a piece of cardstock shaped like a 'U'  using Linen Thread  I kept wrapping around each page until they were all attached then tied the linen thread at the back of the spine piece which was then glued to the spine of the book.
I have added some tags to a few of the pages by slipping them under the Linen Thread to put notes on or a picture.
I forgot to mention the book is made of chipboard.

Supply List:
Soft Suede Cardstock, Very Vanilla, Naturals Ivory, Lucky Limeade, Cameo Coral,  First Edition DSP, Tea for Two DSP, Soft Suede Ink Pad, Ex Libris, Established Elegance, Loving Thoughts, Memorable Moments  stamp sets. Flourish Designer Frames (holiday mini), Antique Brad, Petite Curly Label Punch (sale-a-bration), Ticket Duo Builder Punch, Shipping Tags (non Stampin'Up!)
